This is a beautiful historic building that is set on a private beach on Lake Michigan. There is a ballroom and a beautiful verandah to enjoy the lake views. The community of people are very friendly. There are BBQs out on the verandah to hang out and BBQ. Have your guests over while the weather is still warm and eat outside! The rent includes ALL utilities and wifi…and basic cable. This is a tranquil space to come home to!!
