Welcome to B45A Stoneridge, a fully reimagined ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat, newly renovated with all-new appliances, stylish furnishings, updated flooring, and modern finishes throughout. Now upgraded to a Deluxe rating, this home offers a fresh, elevated stay. 

This multi-level home (28 steps to enter) comfortably sleeps up to 8, with an additional cot available. The main level features a cozy living room with flat-screen TV and a sectional couch (with a pullout double sleeper), a beautifully updated kitchen, and dining for 9, plus a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. Upstairs, the open loft offers a king bed and a second full bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat. Located in the Villages with year-round shuttle service to the 7 Springs Resort. Enjoy mountain views from the deck and walking distance to the slopes, snowmobile trails (weather permitting), and hiking trails with golfing and fishing just minutes away. Guests will also appreciate the ski locker equipped with Gravity Grabbers, making it easy to store and organize skis, poles, and snowboards after a day on the mountain.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required). 

(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

The accommodations offer customary quality and physical attributes and amenities. They feature various amenities, comfort and updated décor.

STANDARD

The accommodations are comfortable, clean and pleasant with modest enhancements minus the frills. This is the perfect match for the more economically minded guest.
