Meadowridge 8039 has four steps leading in, is multi-level, and offers internet access. This pet-friendly unit has a premium rating and sleeps four. Eight steps down from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace (available for use from November 15 to April 1). There's a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar and four stools, and the dining room seats six. The first bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a full bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and the second full bath. The unit is ski-in only and within walking distance to a ski trail, with a shuttle also available. Relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains.

The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. 

In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis. 

(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location.   However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
