Property Summary

Sunridge Q1 has SEVEN steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, has INTERNET ACCESS, and is PET FRIENDLY. It’s rated as a DELUXE unit and SLEEPS FOUR. FOURTEEN steps up from the entry foyer, you'll find the LIVING ROOM with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a SLEEPER SOFA/QUEEN. THE WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE. There's a fully functional KITCHEN, and the DINING ROOM seats FOUR. The bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a TV, and ONE FULL BATH. Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In the summer, you can relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains. There is NO GAS GRILL available. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL ACCESS (WEATHER PERMITTING). SHUTTLE service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars, depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities. This unit DOES have access to the community pool.

- STANDARD The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and pleasant with modest enhancements minus the frills. This is the perfect match for the more economically minded guest.
