Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!
***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.
