This code will be active throughout the duration of your stay. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months. The driveway gets plowed (typically done in the mornings). Please account for snow being present in the winter months (November-May). When in doubt please park at the bottom of the driveway along the main road. -Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out! - If you would like to utilize the fire place, don't forget to grab a bundle of wood on your way! -Bears and other wildlife frequent the area, please do not leave trash in the open or in your vehicles. If you take trash out please make sure they are in the bear proof trash cans. Do not leave pets unattended outside. Be aware of your surroundings when going outside at night. Do not feed the wildlife. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay.
