There is a king-size master bedroom on the main floor with an en suite bathroom. The king guest room, queen size guest room, and a twin size bedroom are on the second story. The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, fresh bed and bath linens, and blackout curtains. Every room is functional for entertainment and leisure time. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, kitchenware, and cooking basics. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request.
