The spacious master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a hallway bathroom. For guests who enjoy privacy, there is an additional bedroom and full bathroom in the fully finished basement. Each bedroom includes fresh bed and bath linens, every bathroom has enough linens for each guest as well as Smart TV´s and blackout shades. The house has a washer and dryer laundry space in the basement. We welcome you to use your personal premium streaming accounts. Free streaming apps are preset on each Smart TV. The two-car garage is available for your use, and additional parking is available on the driveway. You are welcome to enjoy the propane grill, deck, and outdoor furniture! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with kitchenware, cookware, and cooking essentials. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. This home is in a wooded neighborhood and there may be seasonal insects. Ladybugs and crickets love our home as much as we hope you do. Pest control is performed before each self-check-in. This may flush out a few bugs and there is always the possibility you may see a dead bug the following morning. This signals our pest control is working!
