The immaculate chef's kitchen is well-equipped to create memorable meals. This kitchen is graced by attractive finishes, plenty of storage, a casual coffee bar and stainless steel appliances. The large center island with stools is a wonderful place to gather for casual meals and chats with the chef; the adjacent dining table is perfect for sit-down meals and games. Just outside on the private front patio is a BBQ grill and additional seating.

Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower and a separate soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

A full size washer and dryer are on hand, located upstairs near Bedroom #1.
The one car garage is available for guest parking and another off-street space is in the driveway. Street parking is limited.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
