Please note that the 3-car garage will not be available for guest use, as we will be storing our vehicles there during your stay. However, there is ample driveway available for your convenience (up to 3 cars in driveway). Home Notes: Our home does not have air conditioning. Instead, it’s equipped with ceiling fans in each room and benefits from the steady coastal breeze. In Carlsbad, there may be a handful of hotter days each year when this may not feel sufficient, but for the most part, the home stays comfortably cool year-round.
