As you walk in you're graciously welcomed by the spacious living area complete w/ panoramic ocean views. Perfect for those looking for a staycation! Cleaned & sanitized. Full kitchen to cook meals & stay in! 30-day minimum stays. In a quiet area of Carlsbad, the location is minutes from the beach, dining, shopping and Legoland. Our property is a condo home that contains 1,180 sq ft and was built in 1977. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and it's divided in two floors. First floor when you enter there's a 0.5 bathroom (toilet and sink only), kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso). Then you have the breakfast bar, dining table that seats 6 and a spacious and bright living room with comfy sofa-bed in front of the TV that has streaming and cable channels. Downstairs we have the master bedroom with queen size bed and guest bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own dedicated full bathroom. Washer and dryer also located downstairs. Detached garage for 1 car. Guests will have access to the whole 2br/2.5ba condo, including garage and complex amenities. **Note that we can't guarantee complex amenities availability and operation during your stay. Parking is available for one car in the garage and in the spaces in front of the condo with the Parking Pass that is provided. Additional parking (3rd car+) is on the street (cul de sac) a few steps from the condo. Please make sure to return the Parking Pass at checkout or you will be charged a $100 replacement fee. We are available almost 24/7 for any questions. We recommend that our guests download the Airbnb app so that they can easily communicate with us anytime they need. The closest grocery stores are Rancho Santa SE Produce, Ralphs Fresh Fare and Terra Verde Foods. Nearby coffee shops include Invita Café, Poinsetta Station Coffee and Starbucks. Nearby restaurants include Pink Box Cookies, Costco Food Court and Veggie Grill. Our unit is near Poinsettia Park, Aviara Community Park and Cannon Park. This area is car dependent — almost all errands require a car. Transit is available, with a few nearby public transportation options. Home Truths: - There's NO Air Conditioner in the condo, fans only and a good amount of coastal breeze. In Carlsbad, probably 5 days a year this won't be enough due to a heat wave, but otherwise the condo is very cool throughout the year. - There is one flight of stairs with 8 steps to get to the condo, likewise inside the condo because it is a 2-story unit. Bedrooms are downstairs. - The unit is fully operational and comfortable. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
