While you won’t have access to resort amenities, this villa comes with plenty of its own perks! Your property condo amenities include a large heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, Beach chairs and towels, and—of course—the beach a short walk away. It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf Cart rentals are close by, but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of the resort.

Please note that resort amenities are not available when booking through a private company. You will have access to the beach and tennis courts that come with the unit. Also, only electric Golf Carts are allowed within the resort.

Per the condo association, no more than two vehicles, including golf carts, are permitted per rental property. Oncea designated spot and one unmarked spot under the building. Other vehicles will need to be parked outside the complex, outside the guard gate of the resort.

Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
