Property Summary
This is our family's vacation and our dream home. It sparks our imagination from childhood: pool, water view with kayak, BBQ grill, garden, fruit trees, clean, organized and cozy! From the backyard, you can get on a kayak and sail down the canal until you reach the gulf of Mexico! That is if you have the strength and endurance for the hour-long trip. If not, you can catch the fish in the salt water canal. Alternatively, you could hang out in the pool area and have a barbeque while watching the kids refreshing in the water. There's a ping pong table for those who like to keep an eye on their waist line during vacation. The house also has a piano and guitar to set your mood during the stay. Our house is in a quiet and tuck-away neighborhood but is only a 5 minutes drive from the town center if you are looking for the local vibes.

There's an option if you want to use heat for the pool. And it's like one time charge, $300 a month. If you stay less than a month, we will lower that fee, depend on how many days. We have a cleaning fee of $400 for your entire stay. This is to ensure the house is ready for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
