Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded. • Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking. • Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay. • For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in the garage, one camera facing the pool equipment, and one camera on the left side of the villa facing the fence gate are installed.
