Villa Maxine welcomes you with all the outdoor amenities on your vacation wish list. From the moment you arrive to the lovely manicured grounds with palm trees and tropical foliage, you'll know you've landed in a special spot. Beyond the backyard pool area is a magical view of the wide canal and the private boat dock and lift that accompanies your rental at Villa Maxine. The screened pool with available heat boasts lush greenery, a slide and a waterfall feature, providing hours of fun and relaxation for your entire group. In the evenings, enjoy a favorite beverage from the soothing jets of the hot tub with a sky full of stars above you. A covered dining/lounge area is an ideal place for an alfresco meal or curling up with a good book. Enter the living space through a wall of windows. An open floor plan and bright great room await you. Sink into the leather chaise sofa or cozy up in one of the oversized side chairs in front of a large screen TV with nautical decor. There are plenty of side tables for your drinks and snacks. A separate media room is the place for family or group movie nights, with its big screen TV. If you can't reach a consensus about which movie to watch, there are several games available for some friendly competition. The large chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble counters and backsplash and plenty of food prep area. Guests at Villa Maxine will surely be tempted to test their culinary skills in this high-end space. A dining table for 6 and the cozy breakfast nook for 4 are both awash in light, overlooking the screened pool patio and the canal beyond. The Master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. Amenities here include big screen TV and private entrance to pool patio. Three guest rooms feature a king, a queen and two twins. These three rooms share a luxurious hall bath, complete with dual vanities and a step-in tiled shower. Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $35/week or $140/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.14/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility. Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge.
