Furnished in a modern contemporary style this home has 2 King Beds and also 2 Twin Beds. The master bathroom is breathtaking with walk around shower and his and hers sinks. The comfortable living room is equipped with a large screen TV and Xfinity Cable Service. High Speed Wireless Internet is included also. At this time the garage will only have 1 spot available for regular sized cars. Be there first to come visit this beautiful home. What are you waiting for? Villa Corinne will ensure a relaxing and true to Florida vacation for Families and even for our Busy Bees that have to work. Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $35/week or $140/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.14/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility. Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge.
