The property features a private dock suitable for boats and pontoons, along with a sand-bottom shoreline that is ideal for swimming. A lakeside firepit provides a great space to enjoy evenings by the water.

This home is ATV and snowmobile friendly, with nearby trail access and ample parking for vehicles and trailers. A public boat launch is located approximately 2 miles from the property. Pontoon boats, kayaks, and paddleboats are available as add-on rentals.
