With 200 feet of frontage, a private dock, and a large open yard, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything lake life has to offer year-round.

Inside, this spacious 2,500 sq ft split-level home features an open and inviting layout designed for gathering and comfort. The main level includes a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, a lakeside dining area with patio doors leading to a large deck, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, dishwasher, and counter seating—perfect for preparing meals and spending time together. The layout offers multiple living spaces across levels, giving your group plenty of room to spread out and unwind.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate your group comfortably. The upper-level features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ceiling fan, along with a full bathroom. The main level includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed. On the lower level, you’ll find a large family room with a TV, a second full bathroom, and a sleeping area with two full-sized bunk bed sets.
Step outside and enjoy the best of lakefront living with a large grassy yard perfect for games and gatherings, southeastern exposure for beautiful morning sun, and direct access to Lake Namakagon. Known for its nearly 3,000 acres of water, the lake is a favorite destination for boating, fishing, and exploring, with multiple bars and restaurants accessible by boat, snowmobile, or car.
To make the most of your stay, pontoon boats, kayaks, and paddleboards are available to rent as add-ons, giving you easy access to everything the lake has to offer.
For your convenience, bed linens including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own towels and personal toiletries.

Please note that ATV/UTV use is restricted per Town of Namakagon ordinances. This property is not ATV/UTV friendly, and all machines must remain trailered and be transported to designated routes and trailheads.
