Please note: The half bedroom is semi-private, it has a door, but you access it through the main bedroom. We are located in the heart of Brooklyn with easy access to all the best neighborhoods and attractions here, and Manhattan is just a short ride away! The apartment features a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one and a half bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed that may be the most comfortable you've ever slept in! The half bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom, is small and cozy, and has a full sized bed. ALL spaces including: the bedrooms, the full kitchen, full bathroom, and comfortable living room all for your exclusive private use. We are close to some really cool restaurants, a nice neighborhood park, and 5 minutes from the G train which gives you easy access to all of Brooklyn’s famous neighborhoods! We are a 5 minute walk to the G train or 15 minutes to the A/C trains. You can get to downtown manhattan in 25 minutes or time square in 35 min via train. There are also express busses (on Nostrand), zip cars (multiple nearby locations), revel scooter/moped rentals (for fun alternative transport), and plenty of taxis (use Curb, Uber, or Lyft apps to summon one to our front door) around to help you get wherever you need to go! The house is on a brownstone block in a nice family neighborhood. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
