The apartment features a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one and a half bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed that may be the most comfortable you've ever slept in! The half bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom, is small and cozy, and has a full sized bed and a crib. 100% private with your own lock and key: Living room Bathroom Kitchen Full Bedroom (super comfortable queen bed) Small bedroom (semi private, full sized Bed, crib) Our check in and checkout process is entirely automated so you can come whenever you want after the 3pm checkin time. We are close to some really cool restaurants, a nice neighborhood park, and 5 minutes from the G train which gives you easy access to all of Brooklyn’s famous neighborhoods! We are a 5 minute walk to the G train or 15min to the A/C. You can get to downtown manhattan in 25 minutes or time square in 35 min. There are also express busses, zip car, and plenty of taxis (use Uber or Lyft apps to summon one to our front door) around to help you get where you need to go. The house is on a brownstone block in a nice family neighborhood. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
