There is also a half bath upstairs. The basement bunk room has a sitting area, and games. Also, there is a Full and Twin bed. The main floor has a heat pump that provides AC. Outside enjoy the boat dock, mooring, and swim float. Plus 2 paddle boards and 3 kayaks.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Level, wooded lot with direct access to the water. Dock and mooring. Dock, yes. NO BOATS CAN BE LEFT ON THE DOCK.
