There are outdoor dining areas seating 8 + 2 bar stools, and on the interior of the home, there is dining seating for 12, a dining table that seats 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has a King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, additional Double Queen, Queen, Double Twin, and Full-sized Bedrooms. Coffee Bar on the upper level so you do not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony of your bedroom! Adults and Kids will love the multiple TV areas.

The pool/spa and outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets after enjoying a day on the water! Beach towels, beach chairs, and equipment are included - additional items can be rented through our preferred vendors at a discounted rate - ask your property manager for more details.

Parking includes a large driveway fitting a maximum 6 cars. NO Parking on the private road leading to The Bay House Retreat.

The home also features Smart TVs with cable in most bedrooms, living rooms, and outside. Downstairs bedroom with sitting area is perfect for kids with XBox ONE, board games and card games available like uno, skip bo, poker, boggle, monopoly, scrabble, etc., Two kayaks, Corn Hole, Basketball hoop, gas grill as well!
