The Space: The entire home is yours to enjoy. Kitchen/Dining: - full kitchen - plenty of counter & cupboard space Living Space: - smart TV - plush furniture - fireplace chimney is capped and cannot be used Bedroom 1 (master): - king bed - bench - closet Bedroom 2: - queen bed - plush chair - suitcase rack - dresser Bedroom 3 (enclosed porch): - spacious room for sleeping and playing - bunk bed sleeps 2 - lay-down queen sofa bed (extra sheets in cabinet by fireplace) - foosball table - toys - smart TV - access to pool area (locked door w/ key stored out of reach of children) Bathroom 1: - full bathroom - shower/tub combo Bathroom 2: - full bathroom - shower only Pool: - onsite & private - inside a locked lanai; key is available for guest use - optional heating in the winter months (Oct-Apr) - great to cool off in the summer Backyard: - space to play - not fully fenced Garage: - not accessible to guests Guest Access: The entire space, including house, lanai and pool, and backyard is set up for guest use. There is no garage access, and one Housekeeping Closet in Bedroom 2 will remain locked. From April to October, heating is typically not needed due to warmer weather but is still available upon request.
