Pack your bags and get ready to escape to this stunning retreat, just 6 miles from the SRQ Airport and 10 miles from downtown Sarasota. With some of the best beaches in the country, including Siesta Key, Ana Maria Island, Lido Beach, Coquina Beach, and Longboat Key, all within a short drive, you'll never run out of things to do and see. Step inside this tranquil home and experience 3,500 square feet of luxurious living space. The open and bright floor plan has been beautifully decorated with stylish new furnishings and décor. Relax with your family in the comfortable living room, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite movies. Or head outside to the expansive patio or one of the balconies to take in the beautiful views and warm Florida weather while sipping on a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The outdoor space at The Cortez Retreat is equally impressive, with a large screened pool deck surrounding the heated pool. Whether you want to take a dip in the pool or lounge in the sun, this pool deck is the perfect spot to do it. Keep in mind that the pool heat is set to 85 degrees, but if the air temperature drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temperature. However, we cannot guarantee pool temperatures. We take pride in providing an extremely clean and well-maintained property for our guests. Our amazing and efficient cleaners disinfect all hard surfaces, wipe down switch plates, stair railings, and more to ensure a worry-free stay for our guests. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and plenty of additional sleeping options, The Cortez Retreat is perfect for large family vacations. The master bedroom features a king bed, a full pull-out sofa bed, and a full-size foldable mattress, while the second bedroom has two full over full bunk beds, 2 tri-fold sofa beds, and 1 pack n’ play. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a king bed and a full pull-out sofa bed. Additionally, our entertainment room features 2 couches that can also be used for sleeping, as well as a full-size foldable mattress. We provide all linens and towels, including bath and beach towels, for your convenience. The upscale kitchen is open to a dining area that seats 8, with an additional 3 stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, a center island, and granite countertops. You'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including drinking glasses, coffee mugs, kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, a wine opener, and measuring cups and spoons. Complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer are also provided for your morning brew. And if you feel like grilling, we have a gas griddle with a propane tank that you can use, just remember to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot when it runs out. But The Cortez Retreat isn't just about the indoor and outdoor spaces; we also offer numerous amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. The house is equipped with central air for your comfort, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide various essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, basic food seasonings, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shower soap, and more for your use. For your beach days, we have you covered with beach equipment, including 5 chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach cabana. Please note that trash pick-up is on Mondays and Thursdays. We want to make sure that all of our guests have an amazing stay at The Cortez Retreat. As such, we kindly ask that if you're looking for a party house, please do not book with us. Our property is best suited for large family vacations. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Guests can enter the property with ease using the keypad entry. For your safety, we have fire extinguishers and a first aid kit on-site, as well as hand sanitizer stations throughout the house. All pool access doors have child locks for added peace of mind. We also have a Ring Doorbell installed for your security. The Cortez Retreat is a pet-friendly property, and we welcome small dogs weighing up to 15 lbs. on a case-by-case basis for an additional pet fee of $150 per pet. We ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets, keep them on a leash at all times when outside, and crate them when they're left unattended in the house. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool, and if excessive barking becomes an issue, alternative arrangements must be made. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and safe in our home, so please be mindful of this policy if you're considering bringing a furry friend along. Parking is hassle-free at The Cortez Retreat, with parking available in the house driveway. The best way to get around Bradenton is by car, and there is plenty of parking available on the house driveway. The Cortez Retreat is owned and operated by three brothers who live and work in Orlando. Each of us is happily married with three children and two adorable fur babies.
