Welcome to Seahorse Suite! This studio is part of a cottage-style triplex in Bradenton Beach on a quiet dead-end street within a short walk to Bridge Street. It is one of two ground level rental units with the third unit on top. The property sits only five houses from the Gulf Beaches and two houses from the Bay side. This efficiency is the just the right size for one guest or a couple to enjoy a great Island getaway. There is a king size bed and bathroom. The seating area is on the opposite end and a seating area in the main room and a bathroom with a shower. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen and eat in the dining area of the kitchen. There is a stackable washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR

Step outside and take in a tropical backyard with a heated swim spa for shared guest use. The swim spa is 16 ft x 8 ft. 100° is the highest heat temperature setting. Water temperatures may be lower during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool and Spa heaters might not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pool or spa is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. If the pool or spa equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pool for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There is one parking space assigned to this property.

Small dogs under 25 lbs. are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
