For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -Misplaced key, fob, or clicker is $500 to replace. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our standard community service charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet Policy -​​No pets allowed -Only registered service animals are allowed. A refundable administrative hold may be required and additional regulations by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts apply. All animals must be licensed, registered, and up-to-date with their rabies vaccines. -Breed Restrictions.
