A beautiful, upscale apartment awaits you. Located in Boston's Premier Back Bay District and close to South End too, this outstanding apartment offers you an elevated experience. A full private office is included with an wireless all in 1 printer, copier and scanner so you can work and then rest and play! Awesome amenities such as a gym, library/business lounge, patio area and in the summer a roof top pool with deck are included. This apartment can only be booked by guests 25 years or over. Quiet hours form 22:00 to 08:00. Absolutely no extra guests without approval and a max of 6 guests occupancy. No parties, drugs, smoking or loud noises under any circumstances administrative hold will be forfeit and you will be asked to leave with no refund. To ensure there are no parties, drugs, smoking or unauthorized guests, please note there is 24/7 security, noise monitoring in the apartments and security cameras in corridors.
