Your living room is enhanced by a large flat-screen TV for streaming, complete with an HDMI cable. Need to unwind with a movie? I've got you covered with blankets and popcorn! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with charming Boston-themed accents. Extra linens, towels, and pillows are provided, along with cozy and plush bathrobes! Indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation in a fully stocked bathroom. Earth-Friendly Toiletries from Ginger Lily Farms are included. Calling all cooking enthusiasts! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a water filter, spice rack, oil, vinegar, and luxurious tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. You'll find a microwave, kettle, French press, an array of pots and pans, and various kitchen accessories! The space has plenty of storage and closet space. I am available 24/7 to help you! Welcome! Please treat this home as your own and enjoy your stay in Boston! We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 25 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 25, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -Misplaced keys & fobs is $500 to replace. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our standard community safety charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -Please note that a maximum of 3 students may stay at any one time. This includes guests and visitors -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet Policy -​​No pets allowed -Only registered service animals are allowed. A refundable administrative hold may be required and additional regulations by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts apply. All animals must be licensed, registered, and up-to-date with their rabies vaccines. -Breed Restrictions.
