The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 full bedrooms both with Queen Size beds and then a sofa bed in the open plan living area. You'll benefit from outstanding features such as super fast wifi, a work from home set up, access to a gym, pool and lounge/library, premium kitchen amenities and fully stocked bathrooms. The space has been upgraded to include a full work from home set up with ergonomic chair, full desk, monitor and accessories. Your living room will also benefit from a large flat screen TV for streaming and hdmi cable. Want to chill out and watch a movie? I’ve supplied the blankets and the popcorn! The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with little touches of Boston. Extra linens, towels and pillows are provided as well as fluffy comfy bathrobes! Relax and revive yourself in a fully stocked bathroom. Earth Friendly Toiletries from Ginger Lily Farms are included. Like to cook? So do I! The kitchen has everything you need and more with a water filter, spice rack, oil, vinegar all included as well as luxury tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Of course a microwave, kettle and french press as well as plenty of pots and pans and kitchen accessories are included! The space has plenty of storage and closet space. I am available 24.7 to help you! This apartment can only be booked by guests 25 years or over. Quiet hours form 22:00 to 08:00. Absolutely no extra guests without approval and a max of 6 guests occupancy. No parties, drugs, smoking or loud noises under any circumstances administrative hold will be forfeit and you will be asked to leave with no refund. To ensure there are no parties, drugs, smoking or unauthorized guests, please note there is 24/7 security, noise monitoring in the apartments and security cameras in corridors.
