Your studio will be professionally cleaned and sanitized following a 70+ point checklist, and hand sanitizer will be provided for your comfort and safety. We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 21 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If you've got some furry friends or additional guests, just let us know in advance. -We hope you'll enjoy every culinary delight Boston offers! Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our Community Safety Charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet-Friendly Haven -We're overjoyed to open our doors to your cherished cats and dogs with open arms. While we welcome most breeds, we do have some safety considerations regarding certain breeds. -To sweeten the deal, we offer a daily pet fee of just $30 per pet. We believe in making sure your pets feel right at home without breaking the bank. -We understand that sometimes one pet just isn't enough! That's why we happily accept up to 2 pets per booking.
