This unit is easily accessible by elevator from a secure entry point. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing destination, or one filled with fun, adventure, and nightlife, you'll find it here. Jet ski and kayak rentals, parasailing, and pick-up games of volleyball can be found very close by. Walk the endless miles of white sugar sand beach past the multi-million dollar homes of Vanderbilt Beach. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. A 5-10 minute drive to the north takes you to Lovers Key State Park Beach and Fort Myers Beach. Going south of Bonita to Marco Island you can take in the Swamp Buggy Races, head to Naples for shopping on Fifth Avenue, or go further south to the Everglades for an airboat tour. Numerous shops and restaurants abound right outside your condo door, or just a short drive away. Museums/galleries, live theatre, charter fishing tours, and even ice hockey are all just a few minute's drive. An elevator ride to the roof offers some great views. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

On arrival, there is off-street parking.
