This newly built home in The Villas at Rollover Bay is pet friendly, just pay the $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. The open kitchen/living room concept makes for easy entertaining and visiting with your guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with the cooking basics needed to make meal prepping easy. This home has internet accessibility to keep you connected and stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms. You will enter the Password and Username displayed inside the home. The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate two people. The guest bedrooms have attached bathrooms and a queen bed in each. Outside on the deck, you'll find comfortable seating to visit or watch the bird species that flock to this area. Downstairs, you will find a charcoal pit that will make the "Grill Master" in the family happy to fire up and grill something tasty for the family. This neighborhood also has a full playground for children to enjoy, and a swimming pool area available for your use. (Please follow all rules when using these facilities. There will not be lifeguards on duty at the pool area. ) When the sun and sand call out to you, you're a short vehicle, golf cart, or walk away from the shore! After a day at the beach, rinse off in the shower downstairs. Enjoy this bright, inviting home on the weekends or all year round!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish liquid soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
