You’ll have full, private access to the entire apartment—including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and closet. No areas are shared with anyone else. Street parking is available close by. I’ll be out of town during your stay, but you can reach me anytime if anything comes up. I also have a local contact nearby who can assist with maintenance or urgent needs, so you’ll be well supported throughout your visit. This listing is set at a very competitive price, for its size and location. Everything is as seen in the photos – very clean and well kept. Everything functions perfectly. The lowered price is because the apartment is due for new paint. It also has some sun discoloration on the hallway carpet, and two draws in the desk that don’t open. During your stay, you’ll be responsible for keeping it clean. There is no cleaning service. Of course, at the end, you can leave it dirty and the final cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning service.
