When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our two bedrooms: (1) Queen-size bed, desk/vanity, closet, and a nearby bathroom. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
