Also, downstairs you will find an additional room with a desk and chair to catch up on some work if needed. Spend time outside in the private, fully fenced in backyard with cozy seating. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our two bedrooms upstairs: (1) Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby half bath. (2) Two twin size beds, closet, and a nearby half bath. *The full bathroom is downstairs by the kitchen. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer! Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
