When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms all located on the second floor: (1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, Smart TV, an attached bathroom, a desk space, and a private balcony with seating. (2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. (3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. Spend time outside on the private balcony with city views or by utilizing the community grill, outdoor dining space, and fire pit just steps away from the garage. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
