Property Summary
We are looking for tenants at our gorgeous Bend home for 30+ days. Also open to longer term. Feel at home in Bend at this spacious and comfortable home. The house is situated on the Westside of Bend, off Cascade Lakes Highway. Walk to the Deschutes River (1 mile), snowboard at Mt. Bachelor in minutes, spend a day at Elk Lake in 35 minutes, and enjoy one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bend. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and dedicated work space. The gorgeous full bathroom is accessed via the primary bedroom and includes a full size bathtub, as well as spacious stand up shower. The bathroom will be shared with the second bedroom, which includes two twin sized beds. There is a full sized living room, with a cozy sectional couch, and smart TV, as well as a separate sitting room with comfy chairs; the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with your friends or family. The full sized kitchen is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your coffee or full meals at home, including a Wine Fridge and Air Fryer. There are peekaboo mountain views from the living room, office, and guest bedroom. Outside you will find a large deck at the front of the house, where you can sit and take in the pink alpenglow on the mountains every morning or watch gorgeous sunsets at night. Or head to the backyard, with comfy outdoor couches, a BBQ, and fully fenced and private yard.

You will have full access to the home and private yard. There is a guesthouse above the garage, with a separate entrance and yard for our other long term tenant to use, so you may see other guests in the parking area but no where else in the main home or private yard. There is parking for two cars in the driveway (parking in the garage is not available).
