Welcome to Lakeside Nest - our beautiful home with a private dock ON Lake Rayburn! Inside our spacious home, you'll find luxury accommodations for up to 9 people! Enjoy our open concept living room with tons of cozy seating, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and gorgeous sunroom with sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains.Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. City of Bella Vista license number: STR-2024-55454 ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on the weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
