Main Level – Relaxation & Warmth Open-concept living room with a woodburning fireplace (starter Smart Log provided). Plush sofa set, recliner, Smart TV, and bar cart for cozy nights in. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig + drip coffee maker, electric range, dishwasher, cookware, spices, teas, and utensils, and filtered water dispenser Dining table with seating for 6 plus extra chairs. Access to the main deck with propane grill (1 propane tank included). Alexa Bluetooth speaker for music and entertainment. Full bathroom for guest use. Bedroom Level (Level 2) – Rest & Retreat Primary Suite: California King bed, private deck, futon twin, Smart TV, spa bathroom with shower + toiletries. Guest Room: Queen bed, Smart TV, cozy linens, spare blankets. Mud Room Entry: This is a no-shoe home — bring slippers to stay comfy indoors. Full bathroom with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. No parties or events; small gatherings under 10 permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM.
