Featuring four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Downeast Retreat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate your entire group with ease. The primary suite serves as a private sanctuary, complete with a plush king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. The kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space. It flows into the dining and living areas, creating a bright and inviting space for gathering, entertaining, or simply enjoying the stunning sound views through large windows that fill the home with natural light. Step outside and experience true coastal living. The private dock offers direct access to the sound, where you can spend your days kayaking, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee with a waterfront sunrise or winding down with evening breezes, the outdoor space is sure to be a highlight of your stay. BED CONFIGURATIONS: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, and 2 Twin Beds WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. OTHER NOTES: -No smoking -Fireplace is for decoration only -Closest public boat ramp is Harkers Island -Can kayak and fish at property- may be too shallow to swim
