CS #3- Goldilocks Retreat

Goldilocks Retreat - This modern kept condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths plus a good size loft which is utilized as its own room. The condo is pet friendly, close to the General Store and Dining in addition to being just a few steps away from the free shuttle service to the Resort.. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential for cooking and food prep for the family. The Living and kitchen are combined (great for entertaining). There is a Big Screen TV in the Living Area which leads to a Deck just out from the big slider door. The deck is great for summer BBQ's. The condo is 3 levels. The main Living area, kitchen and 1 bath are on the middle level where you enter. Upstairs is the loft with a very Sturdy College Style Bunk with a Queen on the bottom and Full size on the top. The loft is bright and well decorated. Downstairs from the main floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom in addition to a full size washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size bed and Bedroom 2 has a set of twin bunk beds and a Queen size bed, with a TV, great room for the kids or adults.. This room also has a patio off of it that is useable in the summer months. All mattress through out the Condo are new and very comfy. This condo is centrally located close to everything and is great for the whole family. Summer, winter or fall this condo is great for all seasons of the year! During the summer months you also have access Bear Lake where you can picnic, swim and/or enjoy a relaxing day just taking in the mountain experience. All rooms are set up for adults and or you could use any of the spaces to combine families for a group vacation.
