This spectacular multi-level home is a rare find! It has 5 Bedrooms and 3 baths. In the Master Loft there is a Queen Bed, and the area is separate from the rest of the house. There is a wonderful sitting area where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time reading, enough room to exercise if you desire and an office/work area. Located on the main level is the Kitchen/ Dining Area and 2 Bedrooms (both with Bunk Beds) and one of the bathrooms. The Kitchen/Dining area is quite spacious and is built with exposed beams lending itself to feel rustic but cozy at the same time. The Dining Table has seating for the entire crew - 12 at least! There also is an inviting and relaxing sitting area near the wood stove. There are French doors leading to the split level decks which are great to take in the beautiful mountain sky in the summertime. Down a couple of steps in the living area sits a big screen smart TV and plenty of room to enjoy a show with the family or play games. Down a few more steps are two more bedrooms, the washer and dryer, and an additional bathroom. On this level, one bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. This house has an amazing location, and defines ski-in, ski-out in Bear Valley: Just don't forget to leave the wet clothes in the Mud Room! Come stay and play at this GREAT home in Bear Valley.

More Details
Over the Snow Transportation is required to get to this home in the winter months due to the roads being closed. Transportation is provided and scheduled through the Host, Bear Valley Vacation Rentals. The cost of the transportation was included in the cost of your initial booking. During the summer months when the road is open, you can drive to the home. The dates for which over the snow transportation is needed may vary due to snow levels but road closures are typically from approximately 12/1 to 5/1 annually.
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge $35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper accommodations.
