Inside, the game room is stocked with a full-size pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games, making it a standout feature for groups looking for on-site entertainment. The Heritage Room serves as a cozy library and lounge with books and board games and also features a queen-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping flexibility. The living room is open and comfortable, with ample seating for the full group. The fully equipped kitchen includes a countertop ice maker and all the tools needed to prepare meals for large gatherings.

The property includes a 2-car garage, a 3-car driveway, and additional free street parking, accommodating large groups arriving by multiple vehicles.

House Rules

• Minimum age to book: 25 years. 
• Dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per stay (maximum 2 dogs; no cats or other pets). 
•  Please report any damages that occur during the stay
• Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
• If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings. 
• No parties, events, or large gatherings. 
• Smoking is permitted outside only. 
• Security cameras are located at the front door exterior, backyard exterior, garage, and laundry room; cameras covering the hot tub and garage include privacy covers for guest use.
