The best part of this space is the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a wooded preserve. Trees, trees, trees. It feels peaceful, grounded, and like living in a modern treehouse. The condo is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated with custom art throughout. It's aesthetically pleasing without being precious, a place that feels good to come home to. You'll notice a 51-gallon tank in the photos; it's been converted into a terrarium, so there's no upkeep, just something beautiful to look at. The living room features a 65-inch LG OLED Smart TV with incredibly clear resolution. It's genuinely one of the best viewing experiences I've had, perfect for movie nights, winding down after long days, or just enjoying your favorite shows in a comfortable, calm space. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a couple of sleeves of coffee to get you started. You will be staying in the heart of Austin South Congress (SoCo) area, close to everything, yet tucked into a quiet, wooded community. The newest and largest H-E-B is just half a mile up the hill. Zilker Park, downtown, and the Lady Bird Lake Trail are all within walking distance through the beautiful Travis Heights neighborhood. Right in the middle of town, but it feels like you're living in luxury in the woods. Dreamy and quiet.
