Bright and sunny two-story cozy house. Private recording studio transformed into a fab loft-style home. Cool details include shiplap salvaged from a historic elementary school gym. Everything great is within a couple of miles: Moody Theater, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Laguna Gloria, Blanton Museum, Q2 Stadium, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, South Congress, and so much more! 2 bedrooms (1 full + 1 twin), two baths, a fab kitchen, and spacious living room. Everything in my house has a story; come see. It is well-equipped as it is my primary residence. I love to share my home with respectful guests. My kitchen is well-stocked, especially with Anderson coffee, a local 30+ year roaster! Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, plenty of street parking in front of house. No pets, no children no exceptions.
