This unit has a strict maximum occupancy of 5 guests. To accommodate additional guests, we provide an inflatable mattress in the unit. There is an additional fee per guest beyond the included 3 to help cover extra housekeeping and linen use. Since this is a one-bedroom unit, we kindly ask that it be kept tidy when hosting more than 3 guests. Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please note: Occupancy of more than 5 guests violates our house rules and will be treated according to our undeclared guest policy. Pets Policy: We’re happy to welcome small pets (30 lbs or less) with a pet fee. To help us keep the space fresh for everyone, we also ask for a $250 refundable deposit for housekeeping and potential pet-related damage. Just a couple of favors—we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and that our linens aren’t used for cleaning up or bathing them.
