Important Guest Information To ensure a safe, secure, and smooth stay, please review the following: - Guest Verification: All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is necessary to verify your identity, provide your check-in instructions, and register any required vehicle information for parking. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any check-in delays. - Age Requirement: Guests must be **21 years of age or older** to book and stay at our properties. - Noise and Smoke Monitoring: Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices **do not** record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment. - Outdoor Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only. - Smoking Policy: Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a **$500 fine** will be charged. - Parties and Events: We do **not allow parties** at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted **with prior written approval** from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
