Start your night off with a delicious dinner at one of the delicious City Restaurants then head out to the MJQ Concourse! It's open till 3am! **Please note, after booking, all guests must submit ID verification & community access deposit.** Bedding: Bed 1: 1 King Bed -The property is fully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee, etc... -The place is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens and towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. **The home comes with linens, towels, soaps, etc...** **Deposit** We do require a refundable building access deposit to gain access to the home which is not the security deposit. Guest Access: Guests Have access to the entire home. Interaction with Guests: We are available to address questions/concerns throughout the day. We are limited on responses from 11pm-9am The Neighborhood: Located in Atlanta's swankiest neighborhood. Minutes away from some of Atlanta's most prestigious shopping and dining. Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING inside of our home. a $250 per day smokers fee will be charged without warning if cleaners arrive and find that a guest had been smoking inside. Please just don't smoke inside. This is a Corporate unit professionally managed by RBA Living. Early check-in (depending on availability) is $75 for up to 2 hours early. Late check out is available upon request at an additional cost; a $75 fee will be added to your final bill once we’ve coordinated convenient timing. If cleaners arrive and you have not checked out on time a $100 inconvenience fee will be added to your bill unless a late checkout is coordinated. By booking this home you and anyone affiliated with you agree, to the fullest extent provided by law or statute, RBA Living, and their respective officers, directors, partners, affiliates, employees agents, servants, successors and assigns, (collectively, the “indemnified parties”), from and against all liability, loss cost, expense, penalties, demands, suits, actions, damages, losses, legal fees and disbursements, causes of action and claims of any nature.
