This quiet Adobe Style Condo is designed with  Pine Logs incorporated throughout the interior and Vintage Style Hardwood Floors in the entry way and kitchen. The interior of the Condo is comfortable, homey and gives you the mountain feeling the minute you walk through the door. The floor plan is open and great for entertaining. On the main floor you have the kitchen, dining area and living area in addition to 1 of the bathrooms. Just off the living area is a huge slider door with large windows letting in plenty of light.  This is a very private deck area where you could sit and enjoy coffee or a nice glass of wine. The creek runs just off to the right and is seasonal, very peaceful. The spiral adobe stair case from the main level takes you up to a spacious loft with 2 twin beds, bright open and lots of floor space.  Down the stairs from the entry way there are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath in addition to the full size washer and dryer. In bedroom 1 there is a Queen size bed and in bedroom 2 there is a Bunk with a Queen Size Bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room also has a slider leading to a patio which over looks the quite meadow and creek as well. Patio is not accessible during the winter months. This room has a TV and DVD, great place for the kids.  The Condo is a 5 minute walk to the Adventure Co where you can rent all your outdoor equipment for Summer and Winter.  And 5 minutes in the other direction you are in the main part of the Village where you will find dining options, Spirits and the General Store and Bear Valley Lodge.  Come stay and play in Bear Valley at this beautiful  condo Summer, Winter or Fall you can't go wrong.
