Located in the lovely community of Sky High Ranch, this three story home is five miles from Bear Valley and across the street from the small pond. The home offers 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft over the living area. It also has 2.5 bathrooms. You enter into a generous mudroom, which is nice to have in the winter for gear and snowy clothes. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this bottom floor. One small bedroom has a queen and the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. On the main floor is the light filled living room area with cathedral ceilings and two sliding glass doors to a large deck (may not be accessible in winter). Between these two sliders is a stone hearth fireplace (firewood provided). Behind this room is the dining area with a pass through to the nicely sized kitchen. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with the rare ice maker, a toaster, coffee maker, and large window over sink with a back door leading to a small deck. This floor also has another full bathroom with a shower over tub. This bathroom has a washer and dryer behind closet doors. The upper level has a loft with a twin bed as well as a queen bed and opens up to the living room. The back bedroom offers another queen bed, and a twin sized daybed complete with a trundle and a closet with two more sleeping pads. The upstairs bathroom is a half bath, which is nice for nighttime. The deck offers views of the pond, BBQ and lounge chairs.
